Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership and Fees

  • Membership fees are calculated based on a 48-week year, with the expectation that classes will run for this duration.
  • No refunds will be provided for any training fees, including missed classes or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Rejoining Fee

  • If you choose to leave the school and later decide to rejoin, a £50 rejoining fee will be applied, in addition to your regular monthly membership fee.

3. Removal from School

  • We reserve the right to remove any student from the school at our discretion, should we deem it necessary due to inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with school policies, or other valid reasons.

4. Class Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust class schedules or cancel classes as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward instructors and fellow students. Failure to comply with this may result in immediate removal from the school.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WCKUK and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during training sessions. Participation in classes is voluntary, and students assume all risks associated with martial arts training.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Any updates will be communicated through our website or email notifications.
